2 YEARS, HASSLE FREE!

 Perfect Patio™ Perfect Privacy 18/14 vinyl backed screen is warranted for a period of two (2) years on the mesh component of the material only to be free from functional defects in materials and workmanship. Defective or non-conforming goods will be replaced by the Company up to two years from the date of installation. The Warranty Card provided by the dealer at the time of installation of Perfect Patio™ screen or the Product Registration Form available online must be completed in full and received by Unique Technologies within thirty (30) days after installation for the warranty to apply. Claims under this warranty are limited specifically to replacement of Perfect Privacy 18/14 vinyl backed screen and do not cover the cost of labor; frame, hardware, applicable taxes, shipping or other consequential expenses related to the removal, return, or reinstallation. The warranty shall not apply if the product has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, improper installation (must have exterior use), modification or acts of God. The warranty does not apply to gradual fading or the vinyl component of the material.

The warranty and liability set forth above are in lieu of all other warranties and liabilities, expressed or implied in lieu or in fact, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In NO event shall the company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Any claim is specifically limited to the replacement of goods. 

Notice of defective screen must be made within thirty (30) days of discovery of the defective screen via written notice to Unique Technology Industries. Unique Technology Industries will replace the fabric with a quantity of Perfect Patio™ Perfect Privacy 18/14 vinyl backed screen, as applicable, equal to the quantity of defective material verified as defective and no greater than the quantity of screen originally installed as noted on the Warranty Registration Card by the dealer at the time of installation or noted on the Product Registration Form submitted online. Replacement will be made only upon confirmation by a Unique Technology Industries representative of the presence of functional defects in materials and workmanship. Purchaser agrees to make the screen available for inspection by a Unique Technology Industries representative and to allow a sample of the defective material to be taken for verification of defect.
